1:1 Care – introduction & commitment
Most clients opt for a period of 3–6 months. This allows time for pattern recognition, change and integration.
You start with an introductory meeting and anamnesis (€125). During this meeting, we will discuss what is appropriate for you.
After this session, you will receive a personal treatment proposal with:
- number of consultations
- frequency
- total investment
- expected focus per phase
When you decide to start with the customised guidance:
- a deposit of 40–50% is requested
- the remaining amount can be spread out
This is to reserve your place in the diary and to guarantee continuity.
Is the treatment covered by health insurance?
Many therapeutic consultations within the programmes and 1:1 guidance can be partially reimbursed through supplementary health insurance, depending on your policy and coverage. Because I am a member of the BATC professional association and affiliated with the NAP umbrella organisation, my sessions fall under “Alternatieve geneeswijzen”. Invoices with the correct codes, such as those for foot reflexology and hypnotherapy, are provided on request. Insurers such as VGZ, Zilveren Kruis, CZ and Menzis often offer reimbursement.
Expats: International policies (such as Cigna or Allianz) often reimburse a percentage of the consultation. Check your “Outpatient” or “Wellness” coverage for this. Online courses and preventive components are not reimbursed as standard, unless your maternity cover includes this.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment
- For courses, we require a full deposit to reserve your place.
- With 1:1 coaching, the first session can be paid for separately; after that, a deposit for the plan is required.
- Invoicing can be done in phases, in line with your programme.
Cancellation & rescheduling
We understand that plans sometimes change. That is why we have a clear and fair cancellation policy. This allows us to remain flexible and devote our time and attention to all our clients.

Force majeure / therapist illness
Appointments can be rescheduled to another date free of charge. Paid programme components remain fully valid.
